About Me

June 10th, 2009

Hello -  I’m Casey Peacock.   This page is a tough one to write because I’m writing about myself. It’s like… have you ever been to a job interview and have your potential employer ask “So you want to be part of our organization… tell me about yourself?” How do you answer something like that?! That’s a big topic.  So in the interest of saving time I’m going to keep it on the Internet topic.

I’m picking it up from 2002 when I first created an online presence. At the time I was working my own paint contracting business when I decided that I wanted to do something on the web to supplement my income. In September of that year I attended a Seminar by uSight and bought resale rights to an online website software program called the uBuilder that allows people to create their own websites. See uBuildWeb.com for more details. I continue to develop the site off and on over the years as a hobby and learning experience with some modest success.

Then in 2006, I was injured on one of my painting projects and while recovering from an operation decided to hang up that occupation and went back to school (Strategy Computers, Bellevue WA). There I studied web development while also achieving an IT Technicians A+ Certification. This training has definitely been useful in so many ways to even count or list here.

I finished my classes in May of 2008 and began immersing myself in affiliate marketing. I experimented with “Project Payday” (which I don’t recommend because of how time consuming it is for little returns). Then I tried Stone Evens Plug In Profit site and experimented with it for several months, but his program wasn’t what I was looking for either.  Then I discovered Tellman Knudson and from him Shawn Casey. Then in November and December I discovered Amen and the Arbitragers and soon after  Mike Filsaime. Then Jimmy D Brown, Brad Fallon, Michael Rasmussen, Ewen Chia, Bob the Teacher, Erik Strafford and many many more people… And buying many of their products for a greater understanding of this business.

As a result, I discovered affiliate marketing is what I am really passionate about. I not only want to help myself and my loved ones, but I really do care about helping other people as well. Anyway, as of this post, I’m now in the process of really putting it all together! I look forward to sharing with you what I’ve learned from all these marketers and others as well as developing my own strategies with you in this blog.

So I really hope you check back here often as I continue to develop my marketing skills and learn from you as well through your comments on my articles.

Thank-You for taking the time,

Casey Peacock
